How to add points to your customer's Cashback Card

1. Go to app.loyally.ai/scanner-app and Sign in.

2. Tap 'Scan' to activate your device's camera. Then scan your customer's loyalty card.

   

   Allow camera access if prompted.

3. After successfully scanning your customer's card, enter the purchase amount and tap "Add Points". Tap 'Add' to confirm.

   
   

   As customers accumulate points, once they reach the point threshold (tier) you've defined, their 'Cashback level' automatically increases.
