Geolocations

Explore how the geolocations feature works in Loyally.ai. First navigate to:

1. Go to app.Loyally.ai > 'Locations'

2. Click 'Add location' and enter your details for:

   • 'Location name'

   • 'Location address'

   

   Suggestions appear as you type. You can also set the 📍pin on the map to indicate the precise location

3. Under the 'Apply to Cards' field, select the card(s) you want to associate this location and geo-push message.

4. Enter the geo-push message in the Push Message textbox.

   

   Geo-push notification is sent to users within 100 meters (330 feet) of the location.

5. Click 'Add' to add the location.

How to Enable and Disable your added Location Geo-Push?

Access the locations module to view and edit locations and send geo-push

1. Sign in to Loyally.ai and go to 'Locations' in the Menu Panel.

2. Here are the listed locations for the business where geo-push notifications are sent. You can toggle the button next to each location to enable or disable it.
