# How to Recover your Password?

Recovering a forgotten password

## **To reset your password on Loyally.ai:**

1.  On the [Login](https://app.loyally.ai/) screen at app.loyally.ai, click [Forgot password?](https://app.loyally.ai/recovery)
    
2.  Enter your registered email in the '**Email**' field on the Password recovery screen and click '**Recover password**'.
    
3.  Open the newest email titled '**Reset your Loyally.ai password**' (check your spam folder too) and click '**Change my password**'.
    
4.  On the '**Set a new password**' page, type your new password twice and click '**Save password**'. Then log in with it.
    

Each reset link works once and expires after an hour. If the page says '**This link no longer works**', request a new email and use the newest one.
