Install Loyalty Card on Android - Google Wallet

Requirements

For customers to install your loyalty card on their Android Device via Google Wallet, there is 1 simple requirement before scanning/installing.

1. Create a new loyalty 'Card' (or edit an existing loyalty card) and enable 'Google Wallet Installation button'.

Steps to Install:

1. Go to app.Loyally.ai > 'Cards' > Choose a card to 'Open'

2. Choose Installation Method:

   • Scan QR Code: Customers scan the QR code.

     OR

   • Direct Link: Share the generated link to install.

   
   

   Physical Store Placement: For the best results, place your QR code at the Point of Sale (POS). Customers can complete the registration form while waiting in line, ensuring they are ready to earn points by the time they reach the register.

3. Customers complete the form with their:

   1. First Name

   2. Last Name

   3. Contact Number

   4. Email

4. Tap 'Install in Google Wallet' and then press 'Add' to finalize.

   

Troubleshooting & Common Fixes

If a customer encounters an error during the "Add" process, check the following:

• Google Account Login: Ensure the customer is signed into a Google Account on their device.

• Google Wallet App: Verify that the Google Wallet app is installed and updated to the latest version from the Play Store.

• Duplicate Entries: If a customer has already installed the card, attempting to install it again may result in a "Card already exists" notification.
