Manager Profiles

Create manager seats to give your sales team access to the Scanner App and track their transactions (scans).

1. Sign in to Loyally.ai and go to 'Managers' in the Menu Panel.

2. Information for all managers is organized in a table with columns for

   1. User Name

   2. Created

   3. Notes

   4. Location

   5. Status

   

3. By clicking on the username, you can view the manager's profile details in the 'Manager profile' section.

   
   

   The details, such as Name, Registration Date, Status, Location, Number of Transactions, and Last Transaction Date, are displayed in separate tiles under the Manager Profile section.

4. In the 'Information' section, you can view and edit details of the manager account.

   

5. Finally, the 'Last Transactions' section shows the manager's recent transactions with details like User Name, Date, Phone, Device, Template, Event, Amount, and Balance.
