# Manager Profiles

Create manager seats for your sales persons to get access to Scanner App

## Create manager seats to give your sales team access to the Scanner App and track their transactions (scans). Manager logins depend on your plan: Starter is owner only (no manager logins), Growth includes 10 managers and Premium includes 50.

1.  Sign in to [**Loyally.ai**](https://app.loyally.ai/) and go to '[**Managers**](https://app.loyally.ai/managers)' in the Menu Panel.
    
2.  Information for all managers is organized in a table with columns for
    
    1.  User Name
        
    2.  Created
        
    3.  Notes
        
    4.  Location
        
    5.  Status

3.  By clicking on the username, you can view the manager's profile details in the '**Manager profile**' section.

    > **Info:** The details, such as **Name**, **Registration Date**, **Status**, **Location**, **Number of Transactions**, and **Last Transaction Date**, are displayed in separate tiles under the Manager Profile section.
    
4.  In the '**Information'** section, you can view and edit details of the manager account.

5.  Finally, the '**Last Transactions**' section shows the manager's recent transactions with details like **User Name**, **Date**, **Phone**, **Device**, **Template**, **Event**, **Amount**, and **Balance**.
