Using Customer Filters

This guide provides an effective way to segment and understand your customer base using Loyally.ai's CRM filters.

  1. Sign in to Loyally.ai and go to 'Customers' in the Menu Panel.

Apply Filters:

  • Utilize various parameters to filter your customer base: card balance, device type, serial number, card status, UTM-tag, usage frequency, registration date, email, name, phone, gender, unused rewards, number of stamps, and birthdays.

  • Combine filters using AND/OR logic.

  • Filter types include exact matches, range selections, and multiple-choice options.

Filter Examples:

  • For 'Card balance', set specific value criteria.


Preset Filter Groups:

Choose from ready-made groups like "RFM - segments", "Health", and "Loyalty" for targeted analysis.

RFM - Segments:

Segment based on visit duration and frequency:

  • 0-30 days: Categorize as Beginners, Growths, Champions.

  • 31-60 days: Label as Doubtful, Medium, or Loyal - Regular.

  • 61-90 days: Classify as Sleeping, At risk, or Needs attention.

Health Group:

Sort clients with missing data or uninstalled cards (e.g., uninstalled card status, unknown gender, empty birthday).

Loyalty Group:

Includes filters for installed card status and integration with digital wallets like Apple Wallet, Google Pay, etc.
