How to Delete a customer?

How to Delete Customers from your Loyally.ai CRM?

1. Sign in to Loyally.ai and go to 'Customers' in the Menu Panel.

2. Select the customer(s) you want to delete.

3. With the customer(s) selected, under 'Actions' dropdown, click 'Delete customers'

4. Click 'Remove' to confirm.

Selected customers will be removed, except for customers with installed cards.

How to Delete Installed Loyalty Cards from Your Customers' Accounts

1. Sign in to Loyally.ai and go to 'Customers' in the Menu Panel.

2. Select a customer you want to delete the installed card from.

   

3. In their profile, under "Status" section, click 'Edit', and click 'Delete'
