How to 'Redeem visits' to your customer's Multipass Card

1. Go to app.loyally.ai/scanner-app and Sign in.

2. Tap 'Scan' to activate your device's camera. Then scan your customer's loyalty card.

   

   Allow camera access if prompted.

3. After successfully scanning your customer's card, use the '+' or '-' buttons to set the number of visits you want to redeem. Tap 'Redeem visits' to confirm.

How to 'Redeem points' to your customer's Multipass Card

1. Go to app.loyally.ai/scanner-app and Sign in.

2. Tap 'Scan' to activate your device's camera. Then scan your customer's loyalty card.

   

   Allow camera access if prompted.

3. After successfully scanning, select 'Redeem points' and enter the number of points you want to redeem. Tap 'Redeem points' and tap 'Redeem' to confirm.
