You can turn on Vibration and Beep in the Loyally Scanner App to get instant feedback every time a QR code is successfully scanned.
This feature gives immediate confirmation for each scan, helping staff verify check-ins quickly and avoid missed scans — especially in busy or noisy environments.
Enable Vibration and BeepLog in to your Loyally Dashboard at app.loyally.ai.
Click your profile menu (top-right corner).
Select Scanner App from the dropdown list.
In the Scanner App, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Enable the toggles for Vibration and Beep.
Device Compatibility NoteVibration feedback depends on your device’s hardware and browser permissions.
Some desktop devices or browsers may not support vibration.
