You can turn on Vibration and Beep in the Loyally Scanner App to get instant feedback every time a QR code is successfully scanned.
This feature gives immediate confirmation for each scan, helping staff verify check-ins quickly and avoid missed scans — especially in busy or noisy environments.
⚙ Enable Vibration and Beep
Log in to your Loyally Dashboard at app.loyally.ai.
Click your profile menu (top-right corner).
Select Scanner App from the dropdown list.
In the Scanner App, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Enable the toggles for Vibration and Beep.
⚙ Device Compatibility Note
Vibration feedback depends on your device’s hardware and browser permissions.
Some desktop devices or browsers may not support vibration.
